2026 ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit

Great experience presenting our work on MycoCrete building materials at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) Summit!

This project is led by Khoi Nguyen and me, under the guidance of Dr. Jinxing Li. I’m really grateful to our undergraduate research assistants — Linux Heller, Kyla Zhao, Quynh Ta, Grant Hubbard, Soham I., Nemo Liu, and Eleanor DelPlace — whose efforts accelerated this work.

It was a pleasure meeting so many inspiring researchers and making new connections throughout the summit. I also really appreciated the opportunity to visit the lab and explore the beautiful UCSD campus, thanks to the kind introduction from Hao Luan and Zhenning Zhou (Joseph Wang Group).
